Skin care

Facial cleansing - what is it?

The condition and appearance of the skin completely depends on all the factors surrounding us. These include food, lifestyle, stress, healthy sleep, bad habits and much more. That is why the skin needs regular and proper care.

We all know about the importance of daily washing with all kinds of cosmetics, applying creams and lotions, etc., but, unfortunately, this is not enough. Then face cleansing comes to your rescue. It is a special and professional face cleansing that makes you forget about any skin imperfections, unpleasant pimples, blackheads. This procedure is really effective, and the result exceeds any expectations.

Professional facial cleansing is a deep method of cleansing the skin. For such procedures, special sterile instruments are required.

The ultrasonic face cleansing procedure is a safe effect, because the ultrasound frequencies in the face cleansing machine affect only the top layer of the skin, removing dead skin cells.

Ultrasound has a multifaceted effect on the skin: in particular, it is microvibration at the cellular level, penetration into pores and their cleansing, removal of their contents to the surface. This procedure allows you to painlessly cleanse the skin, and the only drawback of ultrasonic cleaning is that it is impossible to remove too deep impurities in 1 procedure.

  Mechanical face cleansing - carried out by the hands of a beautician wrapped in a sterile napkin using the necessary tools. It is a mistake to think that mechanical cleaning is yesterday and is not used today. However, this is a misconception. because  complete cleansing of the face from sebaceous blockages, comedones,  milia and blackheads only gives this type of cleansing. Deep cleansing of the pores also promotes deeper penetration of the active ingredients from the creams. With regular skin care, this type of cleaning is extremely rare.

  Combined facial cleansing is a procedure that includes several methods of affecting the skin to achieve the best effect.  As a rule, this is a combination of manual and ultrasonic cleaning. This allows you to take into account individual contraindications to a particular method of exposure, to take into account all the features of the face and individual zones. This cleansing is suitable for everyone and is considered the best choice, as it allows you to deeply cleanse some areas of the skin and gently treat others.

Cleaning procedure  includes:

  • make-up remover;

  • gommage or peeling as needed;

  • steaming gel;

What is peeling?

The word "peeling" is derived from the English "peel", which translates as "scrape, sand".

Second name  peeling - exfoliation - removal of the top layer of the skin, or rather its dead cells. Those that spoil the external picture: worsen the complexion, slow down the penetration of nutrients into the deep layers of the epidermis, and reduce the overall skin tone. Wanting to get rid of this burden, cosmetologists offer peeling, which can be:

  • chemical (various acids are used);

  • enzymatic (plant protease enzymes are used);

  • mechanical (scrubs containing small abrasive particles are used, suitable for home care);

  • laser (hardware procedure using a laser);

  • ultrasound (hardware procedure using an ultrasound machine).

What problems does peeling solve?

Regardless of the method of action on the skin, all types of peeling achieve one thing - the removal of the stratum corneum of the skin with its age  hyperpigmentation, freckles, scars after acne, irregularities after demodicosis and hyperkeratosis. As a result, a layer of young, radiant skin opens, pores become smaller, and the skin softens. Moreover, exfoliation stimulates cell division of the basal layer of the skin, which improves collagen synthesis, general skin tone, it becomes more youthful, elastic, healthy.

The most popular type of exfoliation today is considered to be chemical peeling, which, depending on the depth of exposure, can be  superficial,  middle  and  deep.

For superficial and medium peelings, fruit and  alpha hydroxy acids. For deep chemical peeling, phenol and trichloroacetic acid are used. However, the choice of the active substance depends on the characteristics and problems of the skin, and therefore the cosmetologist selects it.

At what age can chemical peels be performed?

The majority of patients requiring chemical exfoliation are women after thirty years of age, their skin is still young, but some age-related changes have already occurred in it, for example, the first wrinkles, areas of hyperpigmentation have appeared, the skin tone has decreased, and the complexion has worsened. Although peeling is possible at an earlier age, especially if there are acne scars,  or there are age spots after pregnancy, lactation.

What is the best time of the year for the procedure?

Any procedures using acids are appropriate during the period of the least activity of the sun, that is, from the end of September to the end of April. During the active sun period (early May - September), most chemical  peelings cannot be carried out, as it can provoke the appearance of even greater hyperpigmentation.

Contraindications:

  • intolerance / allergy

  • violation of the integrity of the skin

  • pregnancy and hepatitis B

  • infectious diseases, including GDVI

How is the procedure going?

On average, the procedure takes 30-40 minutes:

  • Skin cleansing.

  • An exfoliate is applied to dry skin of the face, the concentration of which is selected depending on the skin problems.

  • After applying the acid, the beautician leaves it for 2-10 minutes (depending on the drug). In this case, the patient can feel  tingling and burning, which disappears very quickly after the action of acids is neutralized with a special buffer solution (alkali).

  • Application of post-peeling care. These can be any means that restore the integrity of the skin: active serums, ampoules, soothing masks, creams that will restore acidity and increase the protective qualities of the skin.

  • Cream is applied with a protective  SPF factor.

Are there any side effects?

If this is a superficial peeling, then there are practically no side effects from the procedure, although redness is possible, which passes during the day. If exfoliation affects the deeper layers of the skin, slight peeling is possible. The result after the midline peel may appear more severe redness and flaking, which, with proper care, disappears in 4-5 days.

The expected effect of the procedure.

Exfoliation is usually carried out in courses: 5-10 procedures 1 time in 7-14 days. The effect of peeling is visible literally from the first days, but it becomes most striking after the end of the course. The glow of the skin usually lasts six months to a year.

How to behave after the procedure?

After the procedure, it is important to protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation, which can provoke increased pigment formation. Therefore, before leaving the house, be sure to apply creams with  SPF factor. If there is peeling, do not peel off the scales!

PRX-T33 therapy is an innovative peeling developed by the Italian company WIQOmed, which almost does not affect the surface layer of the skin, and therefore does not require a long recovery period. This is a procedure for controlled damage to the skin in order to stimulate and restore it, while there is no violation of the integrity of the skin, there is no active peeling and there is no rehabilitation period. Trichloroacetic acid (TCA - trichloracetic acid) has always been associated with a weekly rehabilitation period, crusts and the risk of hyper- and hypopigmentation, while at the same time having a dermoremodulatory effect. To obtain the effect of intensive lifting, it was required to undergo a course of painful procedures with a long recovery period. A unique medical discovery was the combination of 33% TCA and hydrogen peroxide. Two substances act at the cellular level, providing a powerful biorevitalizing effect without damaging the skin surface: TCA as a powerful stimulator of fibroblast activity and hydrogen peroxide as an enhancer of receptor sensitivity to TCA. In this unique technique, it was possible to neutralize the damaging effect of TCA and maintain its intense stimulating effect.

RF lifting  Is a radio wave skin tightening procedure without surgery.

Our skin over time  loses  elasticity and collagen fibers can no longer keep the skin toned, radio wave lifting restores the elasticity of our skin.

Letters  RF  in the name of the procedure is an abbreviation for  Radio Frequency, which stands for electrical current in the radio frequency range. During the procedure, radio waves pass through the tissues, heating them, including capturing the fibers of elastin and collagen.

Due to the thermal effect, collagen molecules fold into tight spirals, providing the skin with a powerful lifting effect. Moreover, radio frequency exposure triggers an active lipolysis process in the subcutaneous fat.

You will notice the first positive changes after the first procedure. RF therapy has a cumulative effect, it is better to take it with a course of  6-10 procedures  according to indications, individually.

Among the advantages of this method of anti-age care should be noted the painlessness of the procedure (you just feel a soft warmth), its short duration (the session lasts up to  20-60 minutes), the procedure is non-invasive, comfortable and painless.

Indications:

  • The first signs of skin aging, loss of turgor;

  • Sagging facial skin, double chin, ptosis - tissue prolapse;

  • RF - work with mimic wrinkles in the area  forehead, between the eyebrows, it is called hardware botox

  • Dark circles around the eyes, crow's feet

Electroporation of the skin

The methodology is based on the research of American scientists in the field of chemistry, for which they were awarded the Nobel Prize in 2003. Electroporation, through exposure to electrical impulses of a certain frequency, increases the permeability of cell membranes. This allows you to deliver the active substances contained in cosmetic preparations directly into the skin cells. Electroporation of the face and body is carried out without the use of needles, does not violate the integrity of the skin.
During the procedure, preparations are injected, called "cocktails" and containing a complex of vitamins, organic substances, collagen, trace elements and hyaluronic acid necessary for the skin. The applied preparations penetrate into the cells, forming there a "storehouse" of nutrients, which will be consumed and distributed over other layers of the skin for a long period. The duration of one session varies within 15-30 minutes. And the achieved effect is long lasting and lasts for several months!

The effectiveness of the procedure depends on the frequency of use. The optimal course is 10-15 procedures 1-2 times a week.

Expected Result:

  • Even out skin tone

  • Maximum smoothing of wrinkles

  • Facelift

  • Moisturizing, nutrition, restoring fat balance

  • Improvement of skin microcirculation

  • Getting rid of toxic, accumulated substances

  • Reduction of subcutaneous fat
