2. Our working hours are 9:00-21:00, if you want the master to serve during non-working hours, payment + 50% (before 9:00 and after 21:00 for Natalia 750 UAH/hour, for Ilona 300 UAH/hour)

3. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance!! or do not come unannounced do not be offended if we refuse to serve you. There are force majeure, once forgivable, and then we will record you  for prepaid procedures only.  

4. If we cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance!! (we are people too and can get sick…), then we will offer you to sign up for the next free time and provide the service with a 50% discount.

5. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, paid waiting time. 

6. If you came at the right time: the master is late, the master is late with the client and you have to wait, the office is not cleaned or any comments, please call +380975839690 (viber). Help us improve our service.
